It is a little on the big side but not huge. I suggest ordering the regular size your child wears. If your child is on the smaller side and tall or short, go down. If your child is one the bigger side and tall, size up. I got one size 0-6 for a baby born in August and 6-12 for a baby born in July. Both babies will fit perfectly by winter.My daughter got a ton of compliments on it!It’s cute but the cheetah print is grey black and orange. Not as pictured.Definitely a 6-12 month onesie no where near small enough to fit a 0-6 unless baby is very chunky.
