I like the overall design, look, and feel of the chair. However, the thin plastic lumbar support behind the mesh is a joke. Leaning into the chair while trying to sit upright is like leaning back in in any other chair. Also, if I sit in it just right, the hydraulic lift will drop down, catch, drop down, and catch. I'm 250 lbs. I would think it would support me at any angle, but this really isn't a chair for me.First impressions are fine with this chair. I'm not expecting a herman- miller at the price point. It feels sturdy enough, and doesn't make any creaking (yet anyway). The bottom mesh is quite tight, and I expect it to get looser over time, the open question is by how much. The back mesh is looser, but still tight enough to provide back support. The lumbar support actually is in contact with the back mesh, unlike some other chairs on Amazon. Speaking of lumbar support: it only adjusts up and down by about an inch and a half, although if you want to it would be easy to remove a bracket that blocks it from adjusting further up (see pictures). I've found it's fine for me though. There are two issues that made me remove a star. The first issue is that out of the box, the headrest vertical adjustment is already too loose to support the weight of a head without adjusting down. The second issue is that in assembling the chair, there are 4 bolts which never seem to get tight, and keep spinning. Since these 4 bolts are attaching the wheel/ gas lift assembly to the upper part of the chair, this is concerning. As mentioned above though, it does not seem to be causing issues yet anyway. In terms of assembly, it was pretty straightforward. The only thing that caused issues was attaching the headrest and clothes hanger. You have to use a lot of force, but it got on there.Overall, its a comfortable chair new and the main question for me is how long it lasts. I'll update with any issues that occur in the future. One note for others: I found that the armrests go too far forward, as I prefer the support to be under my elbows. It's thankfully an easy fix, you can just switch the armrests and then the armrest will be farther towards the back.First, as an office chair more than 130 dollars, I surprisingly found out that it can not lift up and down.Second, the cloth of this chair is absolutely over soft. The cloth of the seat cannot support my body and I feel I am touching stuffs below the seat cloth. For the back, the support of spine is not in an appropriate position. It is much lower than where we expect. Although I have already try my best to adjust it higher, it still cannot support my spine. I am 170cm height with 68 kg weight. I don't think it can support guys whose body is higher or fatter than me.For the seat, again, the cloth is too soft to hold my butt, I can feel the stuffs below the seat cloth. I have already try my best the adjust the tighten of it according to the manual. Please note that, the seat tray is too long for my short leg. I feel sorry for myself. But this is ironically, you design a short spine design for a short spine and a long seat tray for long legs. Seriously? Finally, we order an office desk usually because we want to the an appropriate slop or inclination for our back to rest ourselves. It is unreasonable design for the three degree of inclination. The upright position, the first degree, almost give you a negative upright angle. The second degree, is over inclined for work or rest. Because when I sit in this position. my face is almost facing to the sky. Finally, the last one position, it got no much different with the second position. Please don't kidding me or naming it is an office chair and an ergonomic chair. It don't deserve this name and its price. How can it be soft for these unbelievable angles. I really want to return it, however, it is sad that everything is settled and fixed, hard to unassembled and pack it in the box.Thanks. That is all my review, just double check other products and buy the others. I hope the designer can also double check his design again and again.Comfortable for my office. The hydrolic works when it wants to. Somewhat of a pain to put together but a decent chair for the price. The chair is comfirtable but the headrest keeps coming off.I chose this one over others with 100s of reviews because I felt the manufacturer did a great job explaining the specs in the product description with illustrative images. Installation is super easy and it came with the hex (Allen) and screw driver 2-in-1. And it’s my personal choice for a mesh back and seat composition — highly recommend it. You won’t regret! Add to Cart, Checkout, Place an Order and Voila!!While the chair itself was a little bit of a booger to assemble, it was well worth it once we finally got it put together. I suffered with shoulder & neck pain (along with lower back pain) while working in my home office over the last 3 years, but since using this chair, it’s all subsided. This chair arrived perfectly pact and in perfect condition. Putting it together was simple with some of it and challenging to say the least with the head rest, oddly. I have a long fuse and it was reached for the first time in a long time. This chair is not that comfortable. Head rest is useless. lumbar support is useless. I wanted a mesh chair and got one. Ick! I will keep it for as long as I can stand it. I will probably give it away. (expensive freebee for a friend). And, this is after looking at a lot of chairs!!!! If I don't like the next one it is going right back!!! I would suggest you do the same if you get this one and think it is going to be okay.
